Setting Christians Free

In the past I was very much into books like Bondage Breaker and things about deliverance for Christians, but after my experience yesterday at a church near me I realized, we as Christians are already set free. "He who the son sets free is free indeed." We do not need to be delivered over and over again just like we do not need to confess over and very again. Jesus said "It is finished" on the cross meaning his death was all that was needed for us. There does not have to be some secondary thing. When we are saved, we are,set free. However as Romans 8 points out we will always struggle with the flesh as long as,we are on this earth. That is inevitable. We will always struggle with sin. "If anyone says he is without sin he is a liar." There is not some magic formula to make the Christian walk easier. Sanctification takes a lot of hard work of Bible study and prayer. What actually happens in these deliverance sessions is just that people are getting saved and getting free from satan for the first time, but once we are free, we,are free. So if you are in Christ know that you are free. Amen! :)
